Food and Drinks Terrace Bay

Breakfast is buffet style offering cereal, yoghurt, fruit, toast, cheese, jam, juice, tea and coffee, while eggs bacon and sausage is freshly cooked on request.

Midday meals are only supplied by prior arrangement

Evening meals are served from 7pm in the characterful restaurant bar area that overlooks the Atlantic ocean there is also a television in the dining area showing sporting events.

Select your meal from a set menu which is then freshly cooked for you to enjoy, then chill at the bar and catch up on the days catch!

Fuel is available at the resort (unleaded and diesel), from the small pump house just beside the reception area and a very well stocked shop also by the reception area offers a great selection of basic supplies, snacks, drinks and even Skeleton Coast souvenirs to remind you of your visit to this unique special area of Terrace Bay Namibia because there is no place quite like it.

Fishing at Terrace Bay Skeleton Coast

This is the main reason you ventured all the way up the Skeleton Coast ... the exceptional fishing, no heading out in boats here you can fish right off the beach and there is plenty of great fishing spots up and down the coast to choose from, check with the staff and with other guests to keep up with the best areas.

The cold Benguela current which runs offshore in the Atlantic Ocean is the source of a large variety of fish species. So bring along your rod and experience a fishing adventure of a lifetime! Remember to obtain your fishing license at the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources before entering the Skeleton Coast Park.

Venturing into the nearby Uniab River Delta exposes the visitor to a wilderness aspect of Terrace Bay that few are aware of. Whether it is hiking, bird watching, game viewing or just enjoying a sun downer on the dunes, Terrace Bay is a destination with a difference!
